Whole Wheat Couscous Salad with cherries, mint leaves, and organic feta cheese
How to prepare
- Prepare couscous following the instructions on the package, and chill.
- Place chilled couscous in a bowl together with cherries, mint leaves and walnuts.
- Pour over the dressing and gently fold in.
- Place in serving bowl and sprinkle the cheese on top.
