100g (3.5oz, or nearly ½ cup) Couscous Maison quick-preparation whole wheat
1 cup cherries, pitted
1 cup mint leaves (without stems)
½ cup roasted walnuts
100g organic feta cheese

Ingredients for dressing

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
1 tablespoon date syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
Basil leaves, small amount, coarsely chopped

Whole Wheat Couscous Salad with cherries, mint leaves, and organic feta cheese

How to prepare

  1. Prepare couscous following the instructions on the package, and chill.
  2. Place chilled couscous in a bowl together with cherries, mint leaves and walnuts.
  3. Pour over the dressing and gently fold in.
  4. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle the cheese on top.
