How to prepare
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish fillets, and then dust with flour.
- Fry fish in olive oil, adding the lemon juice and garlic.
- Prepare couscous following the instructions on the package.
- Remove pits from pickled lemons, and chop.
- Mix all salad ingredients together.
- Place couscous salad in a serving dish, place the prepared fish on top, and serve.
