Ingredients

Fish

2 fish fillets
6 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
1 garlic clove
Flour

Couscous salad

1 package Couscous Maison quick-preparation whole wheat couscous
2 red peppers, roasted, peeled and chopped
1 bunch of coriander, chopped
3-6 small pickled lemons
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons mint leaves
10 tablespoons olive oil

How to prepare

Fish

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish fillets, and then dust with flour.
  2. Fry fish in olive oil, adding the lemon juice and garlic.

Couscous salad

  1. Prepare couscous following the instructions on the package.
  2. Remove pits from pickled lemons, and chop.
  3. Mix all salad ingredients together.
  4. Place couscous salad in a serving dish, place the prepared fish on top, and serve.
