Ingredients

1 package Couscous Maison quick-preparation couscous (350g/12oz)
300g-400g (10.5oz-14oz) chicken breast cut into strips
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, chopped
¼ cup oil (preferably olive oil)
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 cup chopped dates
¼ cup roasted pine nuts
¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds
¼ cup roasted almond slivers
⅓ cup parsley
⅓ cup coriander
Salt, black pepper to taste

How to prepare

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and steam the onion for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and steam another minute.
  2. Add the lemon juice and grated lemon peel and continue to steam for another minute.
