How to prepare
- Prepare couscous according to directions on package.
- To prepared couscous add chopped herbs, diced peppers, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper, and mix well. Place mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator and place mixture in large serving bowl. Sprinkle chunks of cheese over the top, garnish with roasted almonds, and serve.
